This is a flow I do nearly every single morning. It helps wake up the spine and the hips, which tend to become tight and sore as we sleep!
​
Grab your mat, and yourself, and any blocks, blankets, pillows, or props you like to use.
(I sometimes recommend a folded blanket under your hip in pigeon pose)

I recommend you play this vid using full-screen mode, as it was recorded on an iPhone !
